Phina Circus and Dance has friendly, professional and experienced instructors who also perform regularly all over the UK and Europe. Train in on our new state of the art 8.5m high rigging and sprung floor studio. They can't wait to share their skills with you or your little one.

My 3 girls attends Phina circus and dance and love it the atmosphere is fun but they are pushed to better themselves which helps so much with their confidence I attend myself and as an older lady … love that I can do my own level but still pushed to better myself my flexibility is so much better and love the family feeling from all the other students and coaches

I enjoy going to Phina UK classes and workshops. I’ve been to 1 fire workshop and 1 practice set and enjoyed every minute of it, I learned so much in just 1 workshop and I’ve got another 1 booked I can’t wait for! Stretch classes are my fave! They’re hard and I didn’t realise how inflexible I was but josie always pushes you and encourages you, and I always surprise myself with achieving in the end! I joined stretch to become more flexible for pole, doing pole a few years and I’ve never stretched the way I should until these classes!

I've been enjoying Phina UK's online classes for many reasons. Firstly, the sense of friendly community that she manages to create, in all her groups, is testament to her bubbly nature & keen professionalism. She really pushes you to stretch and flex, so that you achieve more than you thought possible, yet manages to inject sparkle, fun & fizzle into all her classes. She's always got funky music & exciting lessons planned every week. I recommend her as the best in her field.
